You are responsible for all tolls/ toll violations. If your vehicle has a sunpass transponder and has a sunpass account, sunpass will not bill you. Please be advise that payment for transactions may be up to 90 after rental period. 

If you need to cancel your rental it must be given 24 hours prior of pick-up time. If you reserved a trailer with-in the 24Hr period then a 6 Hours prior of pick up time is needed. Late cancelations will result in security deposit being held.  

Yes. You must be 25 years old to rent our equipment.

Failure to arrive on time for pick up can result in a late fee. Renter is advised to call ahead to avoid late fee. No call and 30 minutes late for pick up or return will result in a $30 late fee. No call and 1 hour late for pick up will result in cancellation and loss of payment for rental. No call and 45 minutes late for return will result in being billed an additional day. No after hour returns! 

Please contact us immediately if damage occurs during your rental. Upon return of your rental, the trailer will go through our return inspection process. We will assess the damages and will discuss with you at this time. Pictures are taken at pick-up and upon return to ensure you are not held responsible for damage that you did not cause. If damage has occurred, we will contact our insurance adjuster for an estimate of damages. Your security deposit will be held until cost of damage & repairs is discussed and agreed upon.
